3. We will not take payment for goods which we do not have in stock. If it is on the website, it is available for sale.

4. We want our customers to shop with the knowledge that we offer a complete refund including shipping within 14 days from receipt of goods,    provided the unwanted items are returned to us in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

6. We take payment by PayPal or credit card and do not store any customer card details. If you return to shop with us again, we will ask you to fill in these details again.

8. In the event of a dispute, we hope to firstly be able to discuss it with the customer and resolve it amicably. However, if this is not possible, we will use the Giftware Association as an intermediary.
