1. Delivery of goods is by 1st Class, recorded and insured mail.

2. We offer a FREE Gift wrapping service

3. We include a message of your choice on a handmade greetings card.

4. Please note: we operate a recycling policy and so the outside packaging on our deliveries may be previously used containers with the Gift Wrapped Gifts inside.

5. Deliveries worldwide are by Airsure or Internationally Signed For 1st Class, insured, recorded mail.

This will incur an additional charge of up to 5.50 plus cost of postage and will be added to the price of postage.

You will be contacted and informed of full cost of delivery before dispatch of goods.

Delivery within the UK normally takes about 2 days as we dispatch items within 24 hours.

Delivery outside the UK can take up to 14 days depending on country.

We accept payment by all major credit cards and you may also use PayPal Express or Moneybookers...

Payments may also be made by Postal order or cheque made payable to Bearing Gifts. Please note : goods cannot be dispatched until the cheque has  cleared and this could take 6 days.

Returns Policy.

Customers have the right to exchange goods for any reason provided they are returned to us in their original packaging and in the same condition as at time of purchase WITHIN 14 days from date of receipt.
They will receive a no hassle refund including return postage. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
Notification of damage or shortfalls must be reported to us within 3 days from date of receipt.
