Deliveries worldwide are by ‘Airsure’ or ‘Internationally Signed For’ 1st Class, insured, recorded mail. This will incur an additional charge of up to £5.50 plus cost of postage and will be added to the price of postage. Please enquire about this at time of order. You will be contacted and informed of full cost of delivery before dispatch of goods.
Delivery within the UK normally takes about 2 days as we dispatch items within 24 hours.
Delivery outside the UK can take up to 14 days depending on country.
We accept payment by all major credit cards

Within the UK we accept Postal orders and personal cheques but goods will not be despatched until the cheque has cleared – approximately 10 working days.

We also accept cheques in euros but goods will not be despatched until the cheque has cleared – approximately 14 working days.

Customers have the right to exchange goods for any reason provided they are returned to us in their original packaging and in the same condition as at time of purchase WITHIN 14 days from date of receipt.
They will receive a no hassle refund including return postage. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
Notification of damage or shortfalls must be reported to us within 3 days from date of receipt.
